Co-Founder & CEO
Anthony is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Assessment Sync. With more than 25 years of experience as an adjudicator, clinician, instrumental conductor, and event host, he brings a comprehensive, firsthand perspective on the challenges faced by evaluators, performers, and organizers in adjudication settings. He has served as the National Band Mentor for NAfME, is a published author in music education methodology, and holds a Doctor of Arts in Instrumental Conducting and Music Education from Ball State University. His longstanding commitment to performance evaluation serves as the foundation upon which Assessment Sync was built.
Henry Irvin
Co-Founder & CTO
Henry is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Assessment Sync, where he leads platform architecture, product engineering, and technology strategy. He brings over 20 years of experience in edtech and eLearning, building and modernizing software platforms used in high-impact, regulated environments. An Air Force veteran, his leadership style is shaped by operational discipline, accountability, and calm decision-making under pressure.
